More and more teenagers are desperately seeking for any form of employment. Gone are the days when people can turn down any kind of jobs. With the world economic situation, it is not uncommon to find teenagers trying to engage in any form of employment. It’s alot harder for teenagers now because even adults can’t find jobs. There is now competition between adults and kids because the adults will do any kind of job they have to, in order to pay the bills. Consequentially, this makes it extremely difficult for teens to get jobs. The other day, I saw a full grown adult doing the paperboy. This is one of the most common jobs for teenagers but already adults are getting into it. I have been reading lots of articles about teenage jobs for awhile, and what I found out is that, demand is way greater than supply. There are loads of jobs for teenagers as I found out, all these include:

• Walking dogs
• Babysitting
• Helping elderly to move things around the house
• Car washing for the neighbours

and so many others. Yes, these jobs are good for teenagers especially in their early years, what doesn’t come as a surprise though, is finding out that not alot of them has considered online jobs for teens. The above jobs puts some money in your pockets for sure but it is not different from adults who have jobs. By the time their next paycheck will come, they are broke again.

The reason most adults end up doing what they have to do and not what they want to do is because they had to grow up to pay bills and don’t have any sort of passive income to hold them up so they can pursue their dreams. If I knew what I know now when I was a teenager and the technology was this advanced, I would have been financially free way before now, but it is ok because I still made it, only not as a teenager.
